Glass Meridian
The dayside is not a place. It is a kiln.
Silicate seas boiled dry in the first centuries, leaving dunes of fused glass that sing in the solar wind. Harvest crawlers run only in the moving shade of the umbrellas. What they pull from the dunes becomes the Veil — memory crystal, clear as water, dense as law.
